Afternoon - USDA ESTIMATED BOXED BEEF CUT-OUT VALUES - as of 1:30pm

Based on negotiated prices and volume of boxed beef cuts delivered within 0-21
days and on average industry cutting yields.  Values reflect U.S. dollars per
100 pounds.

Boxed beef cutout values lower on moderate demand and moderate to heavy 
offerings.  Select and Choice chuck, round and loin items steady to weak while
rib cuts lower to sharply lower.  Beef trimmings lower on moderate to good 
demand and moderate to heavy offerings.
